The VIP Center is a secure area where members will find exclusive listings, and access to information and tools that are not available to the general public. Members of the VIP Center are mostly investors that have worked with our firm in the past or have agreed to work with us in the future. There are terms of use which must be followed. American Real Estate reserves the right to cancel or deny membership privileges to any person.
If you are currently an investor working with one of our associates, there is no need for you to complete the application for membership. Simply contact the person you have been working with, and provide them with the information they require: a login and password will be set up for you, usually within 24 hours.
If you are working with an agent from a company other than American Real Estate, we hope that they continue to provide you with professional real estate services. However, we cannot accept members who are not able to enter into a brokerage relationship with our firm at this time.
If the above statements do not apply to you, then you are a candidate for membership in the VIP Center!
